GENERAL INFORMATION: Stationery 52 Prices effective January 1, 2020 STATIONERY Art Charges Art charges will apply for layouts requiring special attention, i.e. artwork that is unsuitable for reproduction, logos requiring color separation, or disks that contain files that are not print ready and require manipulation. If you need scanning or design and typesetting performed, contact us for a quote on prep charges. NOTE: Add two working days for typesetting and design to the production time of the product. Listed production times will begin after artwork approval. Back Copy for Card Announcements Apply the back copy charge only to card announcements. There is no charge for back copy on foldover announcements if front and back panels are printed using the same colors and processes. Back copy will be flat printed. If back copy is a different color than front copy, add an additional $5.00 (R) for any standard and $47.00 (R) for PMS inks. Inside Copy for Foldover Announcements Apply the inside copy charge only to foldover announcements. Inside copy will be printed in flat ink unless otherwise specified. Thermography is not available on the inside if the front and back panels are printed in thermography. If no inside copy color is specified, black ink will be supplied. If inside copy is a different color than outside copy, add an additional $5.00 (R) for any standard and $47.00 (R) for PMS inks. Blank A-Style (Square Flap) Lined Envelopes Standard Vellum announcement pricing includes blank A-Style (square flap) envelopes. See pricing pages for printed envelopes or below for A-Style lined envelopes: • A7 White Square Flap Gold Lined Envelopes - ANE-C4-AEV15-NAV0 • A7 White Square Flap Silver Lined Envelopes - ANE-C4-AEV16-NAV0 (A7 Envelopes accommodate 7 Baronial Announcements) Add prices below to the base Announcement price. Envelope Printing When ordering envelopes, specify position of copy on envelope corner or ap. If no position is speci ed, upper left corner printing will be supplied. If the envelope is printed on the front and the ap, add the charge below to the base price. Envelope ap will be at printed. If flap copy is a different color than front copy, add an additional $5.00 (R) for any standard and $47.00 (R) for PMS ink. When an envelope is engraved, embossed or foil embossed, the impression will show through on the back of the envelope. If you do not want the impression to show through, we can open the flap, engrave or emboss your copy and close the flap. This must also be done if you want any of these processes on the envelope flap. Add $36.00 (R) per 1,000. Announcement envelopes are at printed on the back ap or front center for respond envelopes. Please indicate position on your order blank. If no indication is given, envelope ap imprint will be supplied. Folding for Announcements Announcements are scored and shipped flat. We will fold announcements for $15.00 (R) per 1,000 minimum. Phantom Watermark for Letterheads A flat printed 5% screen of your logo printed in the center of your letterheads to simulate a paper watermark. Add prices below to the base letterheads price. Bleeds A bleed is a printed image that extends off the edge of the paper. Artwork should exceed ⅛" beyond the paper size, on each side. Spot Color Letterheads & Announcements Request a quote for bleeds: • if more than 2 edges bleed • if bleed area exceeds 1⁄16" in thickness • if letterheads bleed top and bottom Margin Requirements Envelopes: allow ¼" from the top and side. Letterheads: ⅜" at the top and ¼" from the sides and bottom. Full Color Non-panel Announcements: ¼" margin on each side. Spot Color Non-panel Announcements: ⅜" margin on each side. Spot Color Panel Announcements: • 4 Baronial: ½" Panel Edge, ¾" Panel Margins • 5½ Baronial: ½" Panel Edge, ¾" Panel Margins • 6 Baronial: ⅝" Panel Edge, ⅞" Panel Margins • 7 Baronial: ⅝" Panel Edge, ⅞" Panel Margins Registration Registration is when two inks or foils come within 1/16" or touch. Request a quote on registration between: • 3 or more ink or foil colors • Ink and die cutting • Ink and foil stamping • Flat and thermography • Ink and foil embossing • Engraving or letterpress • Ink and blind embossing and any other process Special Foil Charge $50.20 (R) per item Allow additional production time for special foils; please contact us for details. Die Charges Single level recycled dies are included in the base price for foil stamping, ink with foil stamping, ink with blind embossing, and ink with foil embossing up to a designated per-square-inch imprint area as follows: Letterheads: 8 square inches Envelopes: 4 square inches Announcements: 12 square inches Dies are not returned. Contact us for single or multilevel brass dies, if your image area exceeds the maximum square inches indicated above and/or appears in more than one position. Contact us for registration in combination with ink and any other process. Charges for dies vary according to the size and amount of detail in the design.
