108 GENERAL INFORMATION: Post-it® Notes Prices effective January 1, 2020 Post-it® Notes Post-it ® and the color Canary Yellow are trademarks of 3M Art Charges Art charges will apply for layouts requiring special attention, i.e. artwork that is unsuitable for reproduction, logos requiring color separation, or disks that contain files that are not print ready and require manipulation. If you need scanning or design and typesetting performed, contact us for a quote on prep charges. NOTE: Add two production days for typesetting and design to the production time of the product. Listed production times will begin after artwork approval. Bleed Requirements A rtwork should extend 1/16" (.0625) beyond paper size on all sides. No additional charge where available. Long Run Post-it® Notes Artwork should extend 1/16" (.0625) beyond paper size on all sides. A bleed on the long run pads reduces the actual pad size by 1/8" for each bleed edge. Post-it® Notes Cubes (side printing only) A rtwork should extend 1/4" (.25) beyond paper size on all sides. Cancellation Charge Cancellations will require a payment of $55.00 (X) plus any accrued charges (artwork, proofs, materials, etc.) on pad quantities of 500 or more and cube quantities of 250 or more. Ink Coverage Heavy ink coverage is not recommended on the top 1" of the pad because of the adhesive edge. Proofs Digital proofs are provided at no charge on all online orders. Manual catalog proofs in black and white are available for $15.00 (R) each. Add 2 working days to production time when requesting a proof. Production time starts after proof approval. Rights to Promotion Navitor® reserves the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless specified in writing at the time of order. Screens Screens of more than 20% are not recommended in the writing area. Pre-screened artwork is not recommended. Personalized Acrylic Holders with Spot Gloss Finish The Spot Gloss Finish is a clear coating that you can put over any area in your design. To set up your art file, create one layer with the complete full color design and another layer with just the elements you want to have a spot gloss finish. Use PMS 100 to represent the areas where the spot gloss will be applied. We recommend using a minimum line weight of 3pt and a minimum text size of 6pt. Spot Gloss on Acrylic Holders is only available through manual catalog ordering. Variable Data Post-it® Notes offered in Short Run Quantities Available on manual catalog orders of Full Color Post-it® Notes quantities of 320 or less. No additional production time is required. Variable Text — $31.25 (V) Variable text is when the text changes from sheet to sheet within the pad. There is no limit to the number of characters or lines of text that can change per pad/sheet with this charge.
